JOB SUMMARY

Perform building preventative and outdoor maintenance and repairs of District stadium facilities. Support events occurring at District Stadium Facilities. Support the outdoor maintenance and upkeep of Campuses where District Stadiums are located during the off seasons.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The subsequent duties outline the fundamental operations of the position and exemplify the nature of the tasks carried out. Perform building maintenance tasks including cleaning, graffiti removal, wall patching and painting, moving (internal to building), preventative maintenance checks and services, limited electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks — Daily 25% Support stadium events and activities by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up. Open stadium at established times when applicable — Daily 25% Perform outdoor maintenance including sweeping steps, entryways, and alcoves, picking up trash, and emptying outdoor garbage receptacles. Remove snow and ice from walkways and entryways. Pressure wash exterior sidewalks — Daily 25% Respond to all radio and cell phone calls for service — Daily 15% Audit facilities and report maintenance needs to the appropriate supporting entity — Daily 5% Perform other duties as assigned or requested — Daily 5%

Criminal background check and fingerprinting required High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma No professional work experience required Valid Colorado driver's license Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self Insurance Pool

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Medium work strength level (lifting or carrying 50 pounds) Works both indoors and outdoors Typically a moderate noise level Work location is subject to change to meet the requirements of the organization Constant standing and walking Frequent bending and squatting Frequent pushing and pulling Frequent climbing of stairs, ladders, and vehicles Good motor skills to successfully perform daily tasks that require hand tool and machinery use Repetitive motions Overhead work Ability to move equipment, furniture, and other heavy materials daily Work at varying vertical heights Must be able to work independently without significant direct supervision Must be able to work flexible hours and days seasonally when District stadiums are in use
