Department/Unit: Float Pool Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $94,957.00 – $147,183.00 (annual) Hourly Range: $38.54 – $63.60 Responsibilities Deliver patient care within the defined patient care area on the assigned primary shift. Contribute to goal setting and defining opportunities consistent with organizational goals and strategic nursing initiatives. Mentor staff for the development of a nursing leadership, professionalism, competency, and quality team. Serve as a collegial and customer‑oriented resource to patients, families, peers, and physicians, ensuring throughput and care coordination. Demonstrate expertise in the care of patients within the unit specialty. Perform essential duties as outlined in the annual competency assessment and meet reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
