Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Take on a meaningful contract opportunity as a Behavioral Support Professional, working as a floater across various educational settings near Brighton, CO. This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to provide essential behavioral support to K-12 students over the course of the academic year, from August 10th to May 21st, 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) initial course, or multiple years of experience supporting students with intensive behavioral needs in classroom environments
• Active CDE or COOL license
• Experience as a Paraprofessional or RBT, ideally in K-12 educational settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to float between various school locations
• Demonstrated ability to manage and positively impact student behavior

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral support services to students with a variety of needs across multiple schools
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other support professionals to implement individualized plans
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Monitor and record student progress, reporting essential data to the appropriate teams
• Support teachers and classrooms as needed throughout each day, responding to a dynamic school environment
