Position is also responsible for advising and consulting on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.5 years accounting and financial reporting experience.2 years supervisor and/leadership experience, skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring.Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeEstablished project management experience and ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organizationDemonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritization skillsDemonstrated project management skillsPreferred Job Qualifications: Certified Public AccountantInsurance statutory accounting and reporting experienceAre you being referred to one of our roles?
