Facilities TechnicianABM is seeking a motivated Facilities Technician to join our growing team and support mission-critical infrastructure for a leading client in the eMobility industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a handyman skillset, familiarity with basic hand tools, and experience using CMMS or work order systems (such as Corrigo or ServiceNow). Pay: $28 - $35The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit Annual Benefits-FrontlineResponsibilitiesPerform general handyman tasks, including but not limited to:Patch and paint wallsInstall corner guards and kick platesReplace ceiling tilesBasic carpentry repairsRepair or replace carpetHang/install pictures, electronics, and anchorsDoor repairs (handles, closures)Exterior pressure washingDusting and cleaningConduct basic plumbing repairs (unclog sinks/toilets, replace flush sensors, faucets).Support engineering team with tasks such as:HVAC filter replacementLighting maintenanceInventory management and restocking suppliesManage and close work orders in Corrigo or similar systems, ensuring SLA compliance.Perform site inspections (daily, weekly, monthly) to maintain client standards.Engage with building occupants regarding repairs and ticket updates.Escort vendors and assist with event setup/furniture moves as needed.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment or facility management setting.Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and hand tools.Familiarity with work order systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar).Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.Customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs).About UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
