Customer Experience Associate

Tally is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to join our Columbus team, full-time or part-time. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in making every interaction a good one. What You'll Do Welcome customers and serve as their first point of contact Answer questions and troubleshoot basic account or service issues Help customers navigate account setup, updates, and next steps Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that genuinely fit a customer's needs Follow up to make sure customer issues are fully resolved, not just closed Keep accurate records of customer interactions Represent the Tally brand with patience and professionalism, even in tricky situations What We're Looking For A natural people person who stays calm and friendly under pressure Strong listening and problem solving skills No experience required, full training provided from day one Comfortable balancing service quality with performance goals Reliable, coachable, and a team player Available a minimum of 4 days per week (schedule may include weekends) Able to work in person at our Columbus location, this is not a remote or hybrid role Schedule Full-time or part-time Minimum 4 days per week, in person Why Tally Hands-on training and mentorship from day one Clear path to grow into leadership as the team expands A team environment that actually has your back #J-18808-Ljbffr Tally
