Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Pay: $17-$19/hour (Based on Experience)

A well-known and growing metal fabrication company in Madison Heights, VA is seeking a dependable and motivated Laser Operator to join their team on 2nd shift . Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut and process metal materials according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met.
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges to verify specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and production procedures.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or metal fabrication preferred.
- Experience operating laser cutting equipment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
