This role focuses on employment risk management, workforce operations, and supporting leaders through hiring, performance management, and sensitive personnel matters. Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of upward human resource experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in relevant industry or equivalent professional experience
Must be familiar with federal and state laws of employment, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other compliance requirements
Ability to build HR infrastructure for a quickly growing organization. This is not a sole management role
