Description About Tradeblock: Tradeblock is a leading sneaker trading platform and community. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and engaging space for sneaker enthusiasts to connect and trade. Our marketing team is looking for a talented CRM Specialist to help grow and promote our brand. Job Overview: As a CRM Specialist at Tradeblock, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive user retention and engagement. You will work closely with our product team to create content, execute campaigns, and measure results. Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in CRM and is proficient in email, SMS, and mobile app marketing techniques. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, and mobile app) from concept to execution. Create an ongoing A/B testing pipeline, report results, and assess performance. Optimize and improve campaign performance by evaluating key trends, reporting metrics, and comparing metrics to benchmark results. Brief the creative team on marketing direction for assets. Project manage cross-functional teams of Product, Marketing, and Creative to ensure assets are delivered on time. Own the QA process before go-live to ensure correct content and setup. Track competitor landscape and industry developments to provide the team with expert advice in delivering a best-in-class mobile/email experience that meets customers' and business needs. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in CRM (email, SMS, and mobile app). Experience with testing, segmentation, and personalization as well as marketing automation techniques. Strong data analytics skills to understand and optimize campaign performance. A true attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest quality standards and hitting their targets. Strong communication and project management skills to work with various stakeholders. Hustle and hunger to operate in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Clevertap or a similar CRM suite at an intermediate level.
