Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and treatment goals, employing standardized assessment tools where applicable.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that consider clients' backgrounds, strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring that interventions align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Your capacity to empathize and connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship. You will engage with clients of all ages, ensuring that treatment approaches are sensitive to the unique needs of various demographics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating broad clinical competency and a dedication to ethical practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
