Route Service and Sales Technician

Pay or shift range: $70,000 USD to $78,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. Description This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands‑on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include: Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on‑site training Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service needs. Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems. Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust. High accountability, reliability, and pride in work. Valid driver’s license for at least three years. Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
