Job Description Able to established operational procedures. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office administration in all aspects. Implementing procedures to be followed in order to optimize maximum productivity. Work with clients as well employees to implement strategic and operational recommendations. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office administration in all aspects. Responsible for hiring, terminations, performance evaluations and compensation recommendations for direct reports. Responsible for training, coaching & motivating our team. Manage the team by dividing tasks and responsibilities in a transparent and consistent manner that ensures the best workflow. Able to draw business plans and follow. Ensure that all departments meet project quarterly revenue goals through motivating employees Other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 5 years’ experience managing office environment; including at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Well organized, highly motivated, professional Leadership and detail oriented in all aspects Strategic Thinker & Problem Solver Business Savvy Communication skills, as well strong interpersonal skills both oral and written Candidate should have knowledge of human resource tasks, a range of management and administrative duties, as well as sales and finance experience to lead a group of employees.
