PLEASE NOTE: This position is direct hire and NOT C2C eligible. The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations, report directly to the President/CEO, and manage the Accounting team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory, and financial reporting. Lead and develop an accounting staff of 3+ employees. Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Oversee government contract, grant, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors. Provide financial analysis to support pricing, contracts, and business decisions. Oversee ERP/accounting systems and Chart of Accounts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 10+ years of accounting/finance experience. Accounting leadership and supervisory experience. Strong GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr Odyssey Information Services
