Senior Financial Analyst, GTM FP&A

ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst, GTM FP&A to join our finance organization in a highly visible and impactful role. The primary focus for this role will be serving as a dedicated FP&A partner who is embedded in the business, close to the decisions that matter, and trusted to bring both the numbers and the narrative. You will be empowered to challenge the status quo, dream big, and drive meaningful impact as we pursue ambitious goals together.What you'll do:Drive the monthly close process: have a deep understanding of monthly performance, prepare variance commentary, understand accruals, and raise any risks and opportunities to both finance and GTM leadership teamsManage headcount and expense planning: lead the monthly forecasts and annual operating plan to translate business needs among the GTM teams you support into accurate forecastsTurn data into decisions: build a deep command of the P&L to diagnose what's driving performance, shape strategic narratives, and partner with leadership on high-impact, ad hoc analyses that move the business forwardDig into the data: uncover trends, risks, and opportunities by understanding the unit economics and efficiency drivers that underpin the business, and come to the table with a clear point of view on budget and financial trade-offsBe a trusted business partner: become the finance voice leadership turns to for clarity on performance, strategic trade-offs, and the decisions that define how the business growsLeverage AI and drive process improvements: identify areas to automate, accelerate, and sharpen the work across the teamWhat you’ll bring:4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance3–5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role preferably at a high growth technology companyExperience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plansComfortable solving problems and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving ambiguous environmentStrong understanding of FP&A fundamentals (variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting)Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiencesAI-forward - you actively use AI tools to work faster and go deeperBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance.
