This position under general supervision, assists users with government databases, software, and systems. You will also support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues. Candidates will be required to work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during **core hours of 6:00am – 4:00pm.** **Qualifications:***Required** **Active clearance: TS/SCI with Poly*** Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)* US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.* **IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)*** Oracle or database experience* Web server experience (TomCat and IIS)* Prior Systems Administrator experience (2+ years)* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.*Desired:** IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+CE)* Prior Systems Administrator experience (5+ years)* Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years)-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
