Senior Manager, Cybersecurity

Leading a dynamic team of security engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Cybersecurity will oversee the deployment and operation of security platform engineering tools for U.S. Federal Government contracts, ensuring compliance with security standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage security tooling operations, including vulnerability scanners and SIEM/SOAR platforms, ensuring high availability and lifecycle management Recruit and mentor top talent to enhance team capacity and foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and innovation Collaborate with Governance Risk & Compliance, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver secure platform solutions aligned with NIST and internal audit requirements Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant security engineering experience 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in agile environments Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, and vulnerability management Solid understanding of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and RMF BS in Computer Science or a related field
