Director of Digital Marketing, Commercial Services

MarketPro has partnered with a highly innovative, U.S.-based global technology company that has transformed the real estate and hospitality amenity market through proprietary, patented technology. The company is now bringing a disruptive new offering to the commercial pool category—creating a significant growth opportunity across real estate development, hospitality, municipalities, and other high-value B2B markets.

We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to build and lead the digital growth engine for this emerging product category. This is a hands-on, AI-first role for a sophisticated B2B marketer who can combine account-based marketing, performance media, analytics, and AI-agent orchestration to create demand, penetrate priority accounts, and accelerate market adoption.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Founder and Chairman, the Director of Digital Marketing will own the B2B digital strategy for a new product line positioned as an alternative to traditional commercial swimming pools. The role will define the ABM strategy, paid-media mix, measurement framework, and AI-enabled workflows required to reach high-value decision makers with long, complex buying cycles.

Rather than relying on a traditional large marketing organization, this leader will use AI agents, external partners, and strong personal judgment to increase the speed, precision, and scalability of campaign execution. The Director will also serve as the accountable reviewer of AI-generated work, ensuring accuracy, brand quality, and strict adherence to legal and intellectual-property approval requirements before anything reaches the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the B2B account-based marketing strategy, prioritizing and penetrating high-value accounts across real estate development, hospitality, municipalities, and the commercial pool ecosystem.
• Build the digital demand-generation engine for a new category and product offering, connecting campaign activity to account engagement, qualified opportunities, market penetration, and commercial growth.
• Define paid-media strategy across search, paid social, programmatic, and other relevant channels; determine channel mix, budget allocation, testing priorities, and vendor strategy.
• Apply senior performance-media judgment to identify audience fatigue, pricing changes, efficiency deterioration, and scale-or-cut decisions before they become obvious in standard reporting.
• Design, prompt, operate, and continuously improve AI agents that support campaign research, segmentation, content development, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Establish quality-control standards for AI-generated outputs and personally review work for accuracy, relevance, brand alignment, and readiness for external use.
• Build and manage governed workflows that ensure compliance screening and Legal/IP review are completed before external publication.
• Own account-based reporting and translate weekly priority-account penetration data into clear actions, investment decisions, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Corporate Development, Finance & Administration, technical stakeholders, and IP/Legal teams to connect marketing execution to business priorities.
• Continuously test new technologies, workflows, channels, and approaches that improve speed, productivity, personalization, and measurable marketing performance.

Core Competencies & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive B2B digital marketing and performance-media experience, ideally in environments with long sales cycles and high-value buyers.
• Deep, hands-on account-based marketing experience; able to move beyond broad lead generation to targeted account penetration and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Current, demonstrable experience personally building, prompting, and operating AI agents and AI-enabled marketing workflows. This must be practical, not theoretical.
• Track record of personally leading at least one product, offering, or category launch from the ground up.
• Strong command of performance marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic media, budget management, testing, optimization, and KPI management.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and visualization platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, or comparable tools.
• Comfort working with technical, legal, and intellectual-property stakeholders in a highly governed environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English proficiency required for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Builder mentality with strong analytical judgment, autonomy, adaptability, quality orientation, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving founder-led environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
