What You'll Be Doing As a member of our wait staff, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at Morrison's Irish Pub. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly. Providing knowledgeable recommendations about our menu and specials. Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guests. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
