CNC Programmer/ Machinist

Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our growing team in a fast-paced job shop environment. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong setup, machining, and programming capabilities who can contribute across a variety of machining operations and help drive efficiency on the shop floor.
Preferred candidates will have experience with CNC milling and/or turning, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and programming of Haas and Mazak equipment. Experience with CamWorks, G-code, and/or Mazatrol programming is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently setting up and optimizing jobs, improving processes, and maintaining high quality standards in a production environment. Responsibilities and day-to-day roles will vary depending on experience level. Higher-level programmers and senior machinists may be given operators and additional responsibilities involving process development, workflow efficiency, and oversight of production jobs. Additional responsibilities may include inspection, deburring, part washing, and other support tasks required to complete jobs and maintain workflow throughout the shop. Daily responsibilities may vary depending on production demands and scheduling priorities. Qualifications: * CNC setup and programming experience preferred* Experience with Haas and/or Mazak machines
* CamWorks, G-code, and/or Mazatrol programming experience preferred
* Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced job shop environment
