Outside Sales Representative

We've partnered with a family-owned, debt-free carbon flat roll steel company to find an outside sales rep for the Dallas area. They've never had a layoff, and they focus on one thing: hot rolled and pickled sheet, with more inventory on hand than the competition and delivery in a day or two, not a week or two. This is a true run-your-own-territory seat. You'll spend three days a week in front of customers and two working from your home office. Management acts as a resource, not a babysitter. They'll hunt down steel, jump on customer calls and back you up, but they won't micromanage. You'll get a list of prospect names to call, and you'll do best if you already have Texas relationships and a book you can bring with you. Compensation is a strong base + uncapped commission based on every ton you sell, paid quarterly. You'll also get a car allowance, phone, computer, health insurance and a 401(k) match. #J-18808-Ljbffr SkyWater Search Partners
