Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey responsibilitiesInventory management:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.Sort, organize, and store items in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling.Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.Update inventory management systems with real-time data on stock levels and movements.Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.Order fulfillment:Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.Label packages correctly and confirm delivery information.Warehouse operations:Operate machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store inventory.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.Handle returns and resolve any inventory discrepancies.Teamwork and communication:Work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational goals.Communicate with supervisors and other departments, such as procurement and sales, to resolve issues.Assist with preparing documentation for audits.\nCompany DescriptionMany of those employed through JobConnection Services find that their positions are temp-to-hire.
