Business Analyst / Project Coordinator - Rural Health Transformation

As a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator, you will support research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and development of client-facing deliverables for a Rural Health Transformation initiative. You will help organize and synthesize information from multiple sources, identify themes and key takeaways, conduct targeted research, document meetings and decisions, and translate findings into polished presentations, reports, summaries, and other materials for government clients and project leadership.

Status - Full-time

Work Arrangement - Preference for candidates who are local to the Indianapolis area and able to work in a hybrid environment.

Compensation - Salary for this position is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, expertise, and qualifications.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will work across project coordination, research, analysis, and client delivery. Responsibilities may include:

• Synthesize stakeholder feedback: Review meeting notes, interviews, assessment findings, written feedback, and other inputs to identify recurring themes, areas of agreement or disagreement, key decisions, and actionable takeaways.
• Develop client-facing presentations: Create polished PowerPoint presentations that transform complex information into clear storylines, executive-level messages, findings, recommendations, and next steps.
• Conduct targeted research: Research rural health, EMS, public health, government programs, policies, industry practices, and other topics to answer project questions and support recommendations.
• Create high-quality deliverables: Draft and refine reports, briefing materials, meeting summaries, recommendations, executive summaries, assessment materials, and other client-facing products.
• Turn information into insights: Organize qualitative and quantitative information, identify patterns and implications, and help the project team determine what findings mean for the client.
• Support stakeholder engagement: Prepare meeting materials, discussion guides, interview questions, agendas, and follow-up materials for meetings with government leaders, subject matter experts, EMS stakeholders, and other partners.
• Capture and organize project knowledge: Take effective meeting notes and translate discussions into concise decisions, action items, open questions, and follow-up activities.
• Support project coordination: Maintain action items, project trackers, schedules, deliverable timelines, and task management tools and help ensure commitments are followed through.
• Support assessment and evaluation activities: Assist with organizing information collected through assessments, interviews, stakeholder engagement, and other project activities and prepare it for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work with project managers, consultants, researchers, data analysts, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders to integrate their work into cohesive client deliverables.
• Perform quality assurance: Review presentations, reports, and other materials for accuracy, consistency, completeness, formatting, and overall client readiness.
