Oversee front desk administrative duties including but not limited to the following: patient check‑in and check‑out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co‑pays, presenting treatment plans, and much more. Responsible for creating the office schedule, monitoring payroll, onboarding, and other office management tasks. Qualifications Experience with Curve practice management software is a plus. Customer service experience. 5+ years dental front desk experience required.
