Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL, is seeking a skilled and compassionate office-based Office Manager (OM) to support the daily operations in our Chicago, IL clinic.Apply today at threebirdsonemission.com/careers!About the RoleAs our Office Manager (OM), you'll be a key leader in ensuring smooth, efficient clinic operations while supporting our clients, families, and administrative and clinical team. You'll assist in supporting our clients and staff through: Supervising administrative and support staff, delegating daily tasks, and maintaining quality standardsManaging client intake, provider scheduling, productivity tracking, waitlists, and overall clinic workflowCoordinating onboarding processes, maintaining medical records, and overseeing billing and payment proceduresMonitoring inventory and managing recurring supply ordersCollaborating with marketing and community partners, utilizing performance dashboards, and supporting outreach and event planningRequirementsHealthcare/business management or medical billing experience preferredSpanish speaking candidates strongly encouraged to applyAdvanced Excel proficiencyMinimum of 3 years of Administrative and/or Office Management experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $60,000-70,000Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowancesGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions/matchingReferral ProgramSchedule & LocationSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pmLocation: 1409 W.
