We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving project success and optimizing organizational processes. Essential Job Functions :

• Project Management & Oversight:
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of various projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure.
  • Clearly document all stakeholders’ needs and ensure requirements align with project standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Project Management and Project Support Supervisor to meticulously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), project timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track and risks are identified.

• Process Optimization & Analysis:
  • Evaluate and analyze current process workflows, technician productivity metrics, and transition delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Propose and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and streamline processes.
  • Own and maintain the complete requirements lifecycle for new installations and continuous process improvements, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop, generate, and present comprehensive reports to assess project health, identify potential risks, uncover strategic opportunities, and inform data-driven decision-making for leadership.
  • Assist with critical budgeting, forecasting, and detailed cost analysis activities for project installations, ensuring financial prudence and alignment with project goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among design, project support, and project management teams to ensure alignment and cohesive project execution.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong preference for experience within technical services, construction, or security technology industries.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Core Competencies:
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Acumen:
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems, wireless technologies, or broader security technology is a significant advantage.
• Certifications:
  • Possessing a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) certification is a strong plus.
