Business Analyst- Mid Level

Job Summary (Configuration Analyst):
- Supports provisioning and troubleshooting of user accounts for North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) in both production and training environments for PATH NC.
- Assists users with understanding and enrolling in MultiFactor Authentication (MFA).
- Works closely with state and county system administrators via the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system.
- Provides user access to export reports from PATH NC.
- Researches, analyzes, and interprets automated system issues.
- Communicates clearly and concisely with staff at all levels, both orally and in writing, including strong telephone skills.
- Requires experience with browser-based applications (minimum 3 years).
- Requires at least 5 years of experience analyzing and interpreting automated system problems.
- Requires at least 1 year of experience in an application support-based help desk environment (not hardware).
- Preferred knowledge of PATH NC application functionality and experience with NCID/MFA.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills required.
