About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Knowledge Management and AI Enablement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and advancing an enterprise knowledge management strategy that aligns with business priorities, with a focus on improving access to trusted content, business development, and AI-enabled knowledge use. This role requires a leader with a strong background in knowledge management, content governance, information architecture, business development, and applied AI. The AVP will lead the identification, curation, and governance of high-value knowledge assets, ensuring they are organized and maintained to enhance decision-making, proposal quality, client engagement, and competitive positioning. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Master's degree (preferred) in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in knowledge management, business development enablement, or related areas. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding of AI opportunities and risks in a business development environment, experience with AI-enabled tools, and a track record of leading change and influencing stakeholders. Strong communication, facilitation, and executive-engagement skills are essential. The role also involves cross-functional partnership, so the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and drive the adoption of knowledge management practices is key.
