About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Head of AI Enterprise Process and Innovation Centre (EPIC) to lead the strategic and operational aspects of AI integration within the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for four critical pillars of the AI strategy: AI for Enabling Units, Enterprise Process and Innovation, User Experience, and AI Learning and Development. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in AI/ML automation, deep understanding of AI technologies, and experience in workflow optimization, process improvement, or digital transformation, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated industries. The VP will be tasked with reimagining work across the enterprise, designing and delivering AI solutions that add real value, and leading the change management process to ensure the successful adoption of AI innovations. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 8-10 years' of progressive leadership experience. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, as well as a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects and drive continuous improvement. Experience in AI user experience design, AI L&D, and a background in change management methodologies are essential. Desirable qualifications include a PhD, professional certifications in process improvement, and project management, as well as specialized experience in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical operations, or commercial functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at balancing hands-on execution with a focus on people, process, and technology, and will be passionate about developing organizational capabilities and driving behavioral change.
