SUMMARY:

To provide leadership and support to all administrative staff to promote efficiency and accuracy and excellent customer service to our patients and a positive patient experience to the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
• Commits to recognize and respect cultural diversities for all customers (internal and external)
• Communicates effectively ith internal and external customers with respect of differences in cultures, values, beliefs, and ages, utilizing interpreters when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years experience in related field
• Excellent phone and face-to-face customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills with attention to details both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in the absence of management
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Possess good organization skills and time management
• Ability to develop and train administration staff new processes to promote efficiency and patient experience

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or preferably Associates Degree in related field
