Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments and evaluations to clearly identify the mental health needs of clients, followed by the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues across various demographics.
• Collaborating with case managers and other healthcare providers to create a seamless care experience, ensuring our clients receive holistic treatment.
• Providing immediate crisis intervention when clients face acute mental distress, using your skills and empathy to navigate these high-pressure situations.
• Participating in community outreach and wellness campaigns, enhancing public awareness around mental health and engaging your local community in crucial discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a mix of backgrounds, with varying socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural identities. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must hold:

• A valid and independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage caseloads and maintain timely documentation.

Preferred Experience

Experience in community mental health settings or with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, families) is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
