Our workplace culture fosters collaboration, support, and professional development, empowering you to thrive in your role.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools.Develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and objectives.Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities to promote healing and resilience.Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating calmness and effective communication during high-stress situations.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.Document sessions and treatment progress accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will leverage your specialized training and experience to guide clients from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring a tailored and culturally sensitive therapeutic approach that meets individual needs.QualificationsA Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatments and therapeutic techniques.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.Preferred ExperienceExperience providing individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive techniques.Expertise in crisis intervention and managing challenging clinical situations.Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to support clinical documentation and client interactions.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
