Qualifications A current and valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD). A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; you must demonstrate empathy and a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward clients. Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organizational skills in a remote setting. Preferred Experience Experience in school-based therapy or working with youth populations is highly preferred.
