Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs, adjusting them as necessary based on progress.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using modalities appropriate for the youth population.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in team meetings and case discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary clientele includes children and adolescents grappling with a wide array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and autism-related challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active license to practice as a mental health counselor in the state of New York.

• Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
