We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of our customer lounge.

The Part-Time Receptionist position at Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Owasso, Oklahoma is a valuable role within our company. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression.

Working on alternating weeknights from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Every Saturday, with shifts alternating between mornings and evenings

$12.00/hour

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence

Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson

Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

Maintain a clean and organized customer lounge by tidying up and restocking supplies as needed

Other duties as assigned

Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
