Role Description What Awaits You

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab testschemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreall in accordance with established protocols.
• Analyze results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for necessary testing.
• Document all processes thoroughly, guide new hires or trainees, and ensure laboratory quality standards are maintained.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health degree plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
