Join an established primary care (fm/im) program at a leading Tucson hospital.

COMPENSATION

Total First Year: $260,000 - $340,000+ Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), CME allowance, malpractice with tail

Monday-Friday clinic schedule Practice call only - shared among group No hospital rounding Work-life balance prioritized
