Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is under new management and seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Pleasant Hill, MO. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff
Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and incontinence care
Document resident care and medications in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care outcomes
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a long-term care or clinical setting preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality
