Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY accepted)
• Eligible for or possession of state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Experience in elementary school settings or a strong interest in pediatric populations
• Familiarity or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms and procedures
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the elementary school environment
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals based on student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families to support student outcomes
• Provide direct and consultative services, both in-person and through teletherapy, as needed
• Support and supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as assigned
