What You'll Do Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and identify potential delays Attend project meetings and distribute meeting minutes Assist with budgeting, reporting, and project closeout documentation Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of Construction Project Coordinator experience Commercial construction experience required Data center or mission‑critical experience preferred Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Preferred
