The journey toward better continues.Everlane is looking for a highly motivated Director to join our Finance team and lead the FP&A function to support Everlane’s next phase of growth. You will play a critical role in generating financial and operational insights that drive business results. You will serve as the finance partner to each of our business functions and influence decision-making consistent with our strategies and aligned to our financial goals. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic, detail-oriented, and curious. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to multitask, prioritize projects and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You have the capability and vision to scale the function in-line with company growth. This position reports directly to the CFO. This is a full-time virtual role, but we are partial to candidates in the Los Angeles area. Your day-to-day:Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual cycles for financial forecasting and reportingManage the overall Company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Innovate and improve the cross-functional financial planning processes, reporting standards and KPIsProvide decision-support to business partners across the company on key financial and operational topics through data analysis and business understandingGo deep with ad hoc analysis to generate business insights and develop actionable recommendationsResponsible for Board & Parent Group updates and Financial Management ReportingWe'd love to hear from you if you have:10+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A positions - ideally with roles in both large, well-run public companies and smaller, high-growth companiesExperience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer sectors is requiredUnderstanding of Customer Analytics and Digital Marketing is highly desirableTechnical capability and hands-on willingness to build complex financial models and conduct detailed data analysisStrong interpersonal skills with demonstrated track-record for building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organizationThe Fine Print:This is a full-time role based at our Los Angeles office headquarters in the Arts District. We are on a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays. Candidates outside the LA area may be considered for a remote position. California Residents: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $128,000 - $171,000.
