Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Insurance Account Manager We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support our growing commercial lines team. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with producers and carrier partners, and ensuring accurate and timely servicing of commercial insurance policies. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate policy records, endorsements, and account details within agency management systems Serve as a key point of contact for clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding coverage, policy changes, and renewals Manage the full marketing and quoting process for new business and renewal accounts Gather, organize, and analyze account information to support renewal strategy and placement Ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication with clients and carrier representatives Support retention efforts by delivering responsive, high-quality client service Qualifications & Experience Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial lines role within an independent agency or retail brokerage Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverages and rating methodologies Experience working directly with multiple insurance carriers and underwriters Proficiency with online rating platforms and carrier portals Experience with agency management systems such as Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Legally authorized to work in the United States Why Join Us Collaborative and professional team environment Opportunity to work with a diverse commercial book of business Stable role with growth potential in a well-established agency All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr gpac
