Metro Detroit Staff Accountant - Month-End & CapEx Lead

Our mid-sized client is seeking a Staff Accountant to fill an opening in their Metro Detroit location. The ideal candidate should have a strong acumen in accounting/finance and an eagerness to learn new areas. This is position needs someone local to Metro Detroit. Requirements of the Staff Accountant : 2+ years experience in Finance/Accounting Bachelor Degree in Related field Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant: Help prepare journal entries to complete company month end close Staff Accountant will analyze the monthly results and prepare the variance analysis to present to upper management Staff Accountant will work with the Ops teams to help prepare the annual budget Staff Accountant will take the lead role in CapEx spending/tracking; and Fixed Asset maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr Venteon
