Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM, or Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM

Position Overview

A warm, organized family is seeking a Nanny / Family Assistant for a long-term, part-time role supporting their two children, ages 5 and 1. Mornings are the heart of this position. You'll arrive at 7:00 AM to help get the children ready and out the door for the day, then stay on to keep the household running smoothly with light home management, food prep, and organizational tasks. The family places the highest priority on finding the right person, someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative around the home.

Responsibilities

• Manage the morning routine, getting both children dressed, fed, and ready for school and daycare
• Handle light food prep and meal prep, including getting food ready for the children, and keep the fridge organized and stocked
• Serve as liaison with household service providers
• Manage and maintain the family calendar
• Complete light household tasks, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying (this is not a housecleaning role)
• Handle general organization tasks, including sorting the children's clothing as they outgrow items
• Run errands, including returns and donation drop-offs
• Occasional driving may be requested once the family and candidate are comfortable with one another

Requirements

• Prior childcare experience, including with infants/toddlers and school-age children
• Strong organizational and household management skills
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable with a dog in the home
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
