Step in, own your shift, and build a civilian career doing what you do best.What You'll Do:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the plant floorSet up and operate shop machinery including drill presses, grinders, welders, and cutting torchesPerform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and production reliabilityManage work orders using a CMMS and maintain accurate parts inventoryOperate forklifts and aerial lift platforms while upholding strict safety and housekeeping standardsRequirements:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or combination)Proficiency reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprintsStrong industrial electrical background: PLCs, DC drives, 3-phase motors, 480V and belowHigh school diploma or equivalent; craft certification or technical education a plusBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision.
