Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Utilize the Naval Education Training Command (NETC) mission, functions and organization structure; 2) Provide definitive guidance and leadership to identify the most complex and consequential issues or problem areas impacting the Command's mission as it relates to the incumbent's programs; 3) Evaluate the effectiveness of the Flag/ SES PB4T, MPTE SAPR/DB Program, and My Education applications to include survey instruments, and determining reliability and validity of the programs; 4) Exercise creative management controls to ensure integration of processes and activities, address the knowledge, skills and abilities Sailors and the Navy need for, professional development, education, technical skills, and certifications and qualifications critical for mission accomplishment.
