Build & Maintain Relationships – Establish trust with decision-makers, serving as a strategic advisor on employee benefits programs. Client Retention & Advocacy – Partner with our service teams to ensure client satisfaction, acting as an advocate with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and other professional resources.
