Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region as an Administrator overseeing outpatient nursing services. This leadership role involves planning, organizing, and directing clinical and management activities across various outpatient departments, including procedure services and infusion therapy. You will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily operations and nursing practice within designated outpatient clinical areas. Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain continuity and quality of care, foster interdepartmental communication, and support organizational goals. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and patient advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, programs, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant care delivery.
• Develop and implement new clinical systems and programs to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.
• Manage resolution of clinical administrative and operational issues.
• Participate in budget planning, revenue and expense review, and monthly departmental reporting.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as service expansion, procedure standardization, resource optimization, and patient satisfaction improvement.
• Serve as a member of the management team and participate in after-hours administrator on-call duties.

Education and Experience

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in a similar specialty.
• At least one year in a nursing leadership or equivalent role.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the appropriate state board.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS healthcare provider certifications.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with technology and software, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
