About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Development to define and execute global clinical development strategies for a focused pipeline of early- to mid-stage programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning scientific, regulatory, and commercial objectives, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market. This role involves building and scaling a high-performing clinical development organization, integrating translational science and patient-centric endpoints, and leading global regulatory engagement. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing global clinical execution, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to business development activities. Applicants must have an M.D. or Ph.D. and a minimum of 10 years' clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a broad therapeutic background. Experience in women's health, immunology, cardiometabolic, or cell therapy is highly desirable. The role requires the ability to partner with external stakeholders, design efficient development programs, and establish strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global clinical programs, ensuring data integrity, and supporting successful global product launches. A strong focus on scientific rigor, data integrity, and the ability to adapt strategies based on evolving science and patient needs is essential.
