About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of HR Operations to take on a senior leadership role with a focus on the strategic development and management of total rewards programs. This includes overseeing compensation, benefits, HR systems, employee service centers, and employee health and wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these programs align with the organization's mission and support the attraction, retention, and engagement of healthcare professionals. The role requires a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in HR operations, particularly in the areas of change management, and the ability to integrate with technology platforms. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of HR Operations role at the company must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and ERP in a leadership capacity. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in FQHC or community health settings, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading compensation transformation and be an expert in HR technology, digital automation tools, data analytics, and employee self-service solutions. Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) are preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, and the ability to solve complex HR challenges.
