Individuals in the Financial Institutions Coverage Job Function focus

on development and management of relationships with financial services clients

• Accountable for the coverage and growth of an assigned portfolio of financial institution clients across banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and securities companies


• Develops and implements client strategies that identify target clients, institutionalize relationships, and expand the client base


• Leads origination of financing and advisory opportunities, including capital raises, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) advisory, Foreign Exchange (FX) hedging, capital markets, and securitization


• Designs product solutions addressing client capital adequacy, liquidity management, hedging, and regulatory compliance requirements


• Executes transaction processes in partnership with capital markets, structured finance, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Foreign Exchange (FX) product teams


• Implements structured finance solutions tailored to financial institution client needs


• Assesses industry trends and regulatory changes and translates implications into client dialogue and product recommendations


• Monitors client wallet, profitability, and revenue performance against plan


• Resolves complex client issues spanning execution, regulatory approval, and documentation requirements


• Enhances and optimizes coverage processes, account


• planning rigor, and cross-product collaboration


• Tracks and analyzes competitor activity, market share, and pipeline conversion across the assigned client portfolio


• In charge of other delegations from Department Head from time to time.

• Desirable to have 7-10 years of work experience in corporate banking / financial institutional business segment;


• Expertise in client coverage, relationship management, and origination across banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and securities companies


• Advanced knowledge of capital markets, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), securitization, structured finance, and Foreign Exchange (FX) hedging product solutions for financial institution clients


• Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting financial institution clients, including capital adequacy, liquidity, and compliance requirements


• Demonstrated ability to identify financing and advisory opportunities and translate industry and regulatory trends into actionable client strategy


• Comprehensive understanding of transaction execution workflows, regulatory approvals, and documentation across cross-border mandates


• Proven ability to coordinate internal product, credit, and risk partners to deliver integrated client solutions


• Able to work under pressure, independent, multi-tasking, well-organized and self-motivated.
